Mohamed has been carrying our a role as Consultant Finance Director for our two companies Pemberton Childcare Ltd and Four Sisters Leisure Ltd for two years now his work has been invaluable in terms of his technical accounting knowledge including preparing, finalising and submitting annual accounts and most critically sorting out historical legacy issues. Mohamed has also been assisting with preparing budgets and forecasts for new sites for both the Nursery and Cocktail Bar business and has been of huge assistance in raising funding for the business.
As we have a number of investors in both businesses Mohamed has also been instrumental in setting up systems and preparing financial information for shareholders and attending shareholders/board meeting. We also have migrated our in house book-keeping system over to Xero during this period and Mohamed has assisted greatly in supervising and guiding our Accounts Manager throughout this process.
