A closed-loop cardiovascular platform that forecasts how a patient will respond to therapy before the first dose, then measures what actually happens through a non-invasive wearable patch. Each half corrects the other.
Deepanjan and Sai were building something genuinely difficult. A digital twin that predicts how a heart failure patient will respond to treatment, paired with a wearable patch that measures the result without an implant. Two US patents issued, cardiology advisors from Duke and Scripps, and a $1.2M pre-seed to validate both claims against real clinical data.
The science was not the problem. Medtech at pre-seed is judged on whether the founders can connect the technology to a commercial path, and a $19.1B market with a Year 3 revenue projection invites hard questions about how you get from patents to revenue. Those assumptions have to survive an investor who does not share your enthusiasm.
We built the documents, then tested every number the way an investment committee would.
Every number in the deck traces back to the model. Every claim in the plan is supported. That consistency is what survives diligence.
