AI that finds money Indonesian hospitals have already earned but cannot prove. It reads clinical notes before a claim is submitted, flags what is missing, and puts a rupiah value on it. Paid only from what it recovers.
Fariz had built something specific. Indonesian hospitals lose around four percent of what they are owed under BPJS because clinical notes do not record what the claim needs. Automaxis reads those notes before submission, flags the gaps, and takes a share only of what it actually recovers. Two pilots signed, prototype live, top five in the FCDO and AWS AI programme.
The business made sense. The question was whether the documents behind it would hold. A pre-seed investor looking at a healthcare claims business in a market they may not know will test the market sizing, the recovery assumption and the unit economics before anything else. Those are exactly the numbers that need to be defensible rather than optimistic.
We built the documents, then tested them the way an investor would.
Every number in the deck traces back to the model. Every claim in the plan is supported. That consistency is what survives diligence.
