By entering the Scale Up CFO Hub “Pitch & Win” Giveaway and accepting a prize, winners agree to the following:
Participation in Recorded Sessions:
Winners will participate in short recorded Gmeet/online video check-ins after completing each course module and a final wrap-up session at the end of the program.
Use of Video Content:
Winners grant Kuick Corp LLC (trading as The Scale Up CFO Hub) the right to record, edit, and use portions of these check-ins, reflections, and final testimonials for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) use across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email marketing, advertisements, and our website.
Content Boundaries:
Kuick Corp LLC will not request or share any confidential financial data, proprietary business information, or sensitive operational details. Video clips will focus on general experiences, learning outcomes, positive reflections, and course feedback.
Editing Rights:
Kuick Corp LLC reserves the right to edit video clips for clarity, promotional effectiveness, and brevity while maintaining the integrity of the winner’s statements.
Obligation to Participate Fully:
By accepting the prize, winners agree to complete all required check-ins, provide written updates after each course module, participate in the final recorded session, and allow use of their progress as outlined above.
If a winner fails to fulfil these obligations without valid reason (e.g., medical emergency), Kuick Corp LLC reserves the right to request reimbursement for the full retail value of the prize.
Early Closure Right:
We reserve the right to close the competition earlier than the stated deadline if the number of qualifying entries exceeds our reasonable review capacity. Early closure will be announced on our website and/or social media channels.
Ownership of Materials:
All recordings, video clips, promotional assets, and related content created through this program shall remain the property of Kuick Corp LLC.
No Financial Compensation:
Participation in recordings and promotional use constitutes full and final consideration for receiving the prize package.
By accepting the prize, winners consent to these terms as part of their prize acceptance agreement.
