The Scale Up CFO Hub offers the following products and services:

• InvestorReady.AI: AI-powered investor document generation system (Core $299 / Pro $499)
• DIY Courses: Fundraising Mastery Bundle: 6-course online learning programme ($99)
• DFY Services: Done-for-you investor document creation (from $5,000+)
• CFO Document Review: Personal review of investor documents by Mohamed Chaudry ($750)
• CFO Services: Fractional CFO advisory on retainer
• CFO AI Prompts Toolkit: Library of CFO-grade AI prompts ($49)

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, except that any price change will not affect a purchase already completed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or WooCommerce. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your payment method. We do not store your card details.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment. This constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.

4. Refund Policy

InvestorReady.AI (Core & Pro)

We offer a 14-day completion guarantee. If you complete the questionnaire within 14 days and are not satisfied with your document output, contact us and we will credit your purchase toward the next level of support. Refunds are not available once documents have been generated and delivered.

DIY Courses: Fundraising Mastery Bundle

A 14-day refund is available provided you have not logged into the portal or downloaded any course materials. Once you have accessed the portal, the purchase is non-refundable. The financial model alone, which is included in the bundle, is valued in excess of $5,000 and constitutes a significant digital asset.

CFO Document Review

The CFO Document Review fee is non-refundable once the review has been completed and delivered. If Mohamed is unable to complete your review within the stated 48-hour turnaround for reasons within our control, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

CFO AI Prompts Toolkit

A 14-day refund is available provided you have not downloaded the toolkit. Once downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable as the product is a digital asset delivered immediately upon payment.

DFY Services and CFO Services

Refund terms for bespoke and retainer services are agreed individually at the time of engagement and set out in your service agreement.

The Art of Scaling (Book)

Physical book purchases are subject to the refund policy of the retailer through whom you purchase. Digital versions are non-refundable once downloaded.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products (courses, toolkits, generated documents) are delivered electronically. Delivery timelines are as stated on the relevant product page:

• InvestorReady.AI documents: within 24 hours of questionnaire submission
• CFO Document Review: within 48 hours of document submission
• Course access: immediately upon payment confirmation
• CFO AI Prompts Toolkit: immediately upon payment confirmation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, course materials, AI prompts, frameworks and methodologies, is the intellectual property of The Scale Up CFO Hub and Mohamed Chaudry unless otherwise stated.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or share access to any purchased product
• Reproduce or publish course materials or prompt libraries in whole or in part
• Use our content to create competing products or services

• For CFO Document Review: all documents, notes and video recordings are permanently deleted within 30 days of delivery
• Available for NDA protection on request: email us after purchase

• Stripe: payment processing
• ActiveCampaign: email communications
